Our Pneumatic Three-piece Flange Ball Valve is a high-performance fluid control solution engineered for rigorous sanitary and industrial pipeline systems. Developed through years of on-site experience and in-depth collaboration with fluid pipeline end users, this valve features an optimized structure tailored for precise flow regulation of viscous media or fluids containing particulates in pipelines and pressure vessels. The valve is equipped with a blow-out proof stem, which maximizes operational safety and reliability in high-pressure working conditions. Its thickened stem packing with a V-shaped stacking design and adjustable self-compensating gland eliminates leakage risks, ensuring long-term stable sealing. All fluid-contacting sealing materials are made of reinforced PTFE, fully compliant with FDA 177.1550 and GMP standards, and the valve fully supports CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (sterilization-in-place) operations, helping users meet strict industry compliance requirements and reduce audit and contamination risks.
This sanitary flange ball valve supports multiple control modes, enabling easy remote and automatic control integration with industrial automation systems, reducing manual operation errors and improving overall production efficiency. The flange connection design is compatible with ISO/3A and GB12459 piping standards, ensuring firm installation and stable performance in high-pressure and continuous production scenarios, minimizing unplanned shutdowns caused by loose connections.

All components undergo ultrasonic cleaning with dedicated degreasing solutions after processing, with assembly and calibration completed in a dedicated clean room to ensure full compatibility with sanitary systems.
