Application:
Can be applied in food,beverage,brewing ,dairy,water treatment,pharmaceutical and chemical industries,with an intended purpose of controlling the flow of fluids with viscous or particulate matters in pipelines or pressure vessels.
Structure:
Blow-out proof stem adds safety and reliability to the full extent.
Thickened stem packing;V-shaped stacking design;Adjustable self-compensating gland.
Multiple control modes.Easy to realize remote or automatic control
All sealing materials contacting with fluids are reinforced PTFE,in accordance with FAD177.1550 and GMP standards.
Support CIP(clean-in-place) and SIP(Sterilization-in-place).
Flexible 3-PCS Design
3-PCS ball valves are flexible to set up and easy to be maintained online or offline,which significantly minimizes the production downtime due to valve or pipeline maintenance.During maintenance,it is not necessary to disassemble the actuator or joint component from the valve.When the miantenance is completed,it is also convenient to re-amount the valve or actuator components;no calibration is needed.
