Application:
Applied on equipment in beer & beverage, printing and textile, gaseous, pharmaceutical and medical, chemical, hightemperature sterilization/foaming, and water treatment industries, etc.
Installation and Maintenance
Connect the valve to the pipeline,ensuring that the arrow attached to the valve body is in the same direction as the fluid(the arrow on the outside of the valve body represents the direction of fluid flow;please follow the guidance during installation).
Welded connection:when welding ,the actuator shall be removed first.
Thread,flange or clamped connection:no operation is required
Before disassembly ,ensure the pressure of valve is relieved ,Disassemble carefully and ensure the threads and sealing materials are well protected.
Sufficient torque is required to fasten the valve body and pipe.The following requirements are as follows:DN15 valve body needs 40Nm torque;DN25 needs 70Nm torque;DN32 and DN40 need 150Nm torque;DN50 needs 170Nm torque;DN80 needs 240Nm toruqe.DN100 needs 70Nm torque,to be connected via threads.
Before installation,make sure there is no foreign matter inside the pipe or around the joints.
After installation,check if the joint parts have been perfectly sealed .Any leakage is not allowed before operation.
