Application:
The series of sanitary butterfly valve is pneumatically or manually operated ,widely used in food,beverage,brewing ,dairy and
biological engineering industries,with an intended purpose of controlling and regulating medium flow in pipelines.
Standard Design:
Valves with different standards can be provided to clients:DIN,3A,SMS,ISO/IDF,BS/RJT,ASME/BPE etc.
The parts of valve usually include:two-piece body,disc,shaft,shaft sleeve and gasket ,and the valve is assembled together with bolts and nuts.3-piece butterfly valve also consists of two flanges and two seals apart from the above parts.
There are three types of actuators:1.stainless steel pneumatic actuator; 2.aluminum pneumatic actuator; 3.electric actuator.
The actuator is fixed on the valve by a bracket and bolts.
Forged Body/Disc
Processed through fine CNC machining.A good sealing performance is guaranteed.
The channel inside the valve body is processed precisely by CNC,and the roughness of each product can meet Ra0.8 or even smaller.
The seals are made of international leading brands,so as to guarantee the stability of quality and compliance with FDA requirements.
