Application:
With experience accumulated through years and deel talks conducted between end users of fluid pipelines,we are able to continously optimize the design and structre of ball valves:
Blow-out proof stem adds safety and reliability to the full extent
Thickened stem packing;V-shaped stacking design;Adjustable self-compensating gland.
Multiple control modes.Easy to realize remote or automatic control.
All sealing materials contacting with fluids are reinforced PTFE,in accordance with FDA177.1550 and GMP standards
Support CIP(clean-in-place) and SIP(sterilization-in-place)
Material:
Valve bodies and caps are delicately cast by CF8,CF3M or 2205 materials;or forged by F316L.In case of specific working conditions,special materials,such as HC/Ti,will also be applied.
Strict Assembly Procedure:
To prevent contamination,all components,after processing,shall be put in an ultrasonic cleaning sink and cleaned with special solutions to remove oil and grease.Assembly and calibration shall be carried out in a designated cleaning room,so as to make sure that every ball valve can be used in a sanitary system.
