Material:
Valve bodies and caps are delicately cast by CF8,CF3M or 2205 materials;or forged by F316L.In case of specific working conditions,specail materials,such as HC/Ti,will also be applied.
Seal Material：
Standard PTFE seals are compatible with most operating condition(-10 to +110℃）
TFM600 seal is also available as an option,which is also compatible with many operating conditions(-60 to +150℃）
POB seal is also available for high-temperature operating conditions(-10 to +210℃）
In the range of its specified working pressures and temperatures,the valve is perfectly sealed.When pressure increases,the sealing performance can automatically be improved .Due to a small friction between seals and valve body,the stem torque is also relatively small.
